ChanServ SET MLOCK
This command locks channel modes so that they stay even after the channel clears.
Command:
/ChanServ SET (channel) MLOCK (+Modes-Modes)
Example:
/chanserv set #docsteam mlock +tn-i
/chanserv set #docsteam mlock *
