DALnet server upgrades

Hello DALnet!

We have been doing some server upgrades today, trying to get many of our servers up to the newest version of our ircd, bahamut-2.0.3. You may have noticed some instability and splits today as a result. We apologize for the inconvenience!

The majority of the servers, including our major hubs, have been upgraded, and as such, the remaining disturbances over the next week or two should be minor.
