new webchat client

DALnet's webteam has implemented our own installation of the qwebirc web irc client package! Please feel free to try out this new client now, on www.dal.net, in the right hand column under "Chat Now". Simply enter a nickname, and optionally, a channel, and click "Go!" This replaces our extremely ugly, slow, and outdated Java client. Many thanks to team leader RuneB for making this happen!
