Team leadership changes

Hi all,
DALnet has appointed two new team leaders:
1) The Services Abuse team will be lead by klb.
2) The Exploits Prevention team will be lead by xerath.
We wish them both good luck and we thank the previous leaders, Laurie (SAbuse) and Fruit^Loop (Exploits) for all their hard work!
