MemoServ SENDSOP
Use the SENDSOP command to send a message to all channel SOPs and the FOUNDER. The format is the same as that of the standard SEND command, only that the recipient must be a channel. The message text must be less than 255 characters long, else MemoServ will return an error, and you will need to resend the message.
Command:	/MemoServ SENDSOP (channel) (message)
Example:	/memoserv sendsop #weLoveMemos memo to the sops, memo to the sops
