DALnet Services - ChanServ SET IDENT

ChanServ SET IDENT
This function forces channel AOPs and SOPs to identify to their nicknames before ChanServ grants them ops in the channel. *note* This mode is automatically set on if opguard is enabled.
Command:	/ChanServ SET (channel) IDENT (on/off)
Example:	/chanserv set #docsteam ident on /chanserv set #docsteam ident off
