ChanServ HOP
Half-ops (Hops) will be able to kick users who aren't opped (+o) or voiced (+v), they also can change the channel topic even if (+t) is set. ADD - Adds new HOP nickname or user mask to list. Limited to SOPs and above. DEL - Deletes HOP from channel list. Limited to SOPs and above. LIST - Lists HOP with index number. Limited to AOPs and above. XLIST - lists the HalfOp access list with more information. Limited to AOPs and above. WIPE - Clears HOP list. Note that only the Founder and Manager can use WIPE.
Command:	/ChanServ HOP (channel) (add/del/list/xlist/wipe) [nickname/user@host/index #] [reason]
Example:	/chanserv HOP #docsteam add bandit /chanserv HOP #docsteam del entropi /chanserv HOP #docsteam wipe
