ChanServ DEHALFOP
This command is used to remove half-op status from someone in a channel. Note: HOPs can only dehalf-op themselves. Note: You need AOP or higher access on the channel to use this command on other people.
Command:	/ChanServ DEHALFOP <channel> [<nick>...]
