Bahamut 2.1.1 release

Hi everyone,
We're pleased to announce the release of Bahamut 2.1.1 with the following changes:

Kobi Shmueli (8):
Improved SpamFilter's STRIPALL flag
Extra check to sendto_alias() function
New module hooks
Add services join requests
Change SFAKILL to send OperServ nick!user@IP instead of just nick
Add more extended channel flags (XCF) (HIDE_MODE_LISTS & USER_VERBOSE will be added to ChanServ XFLAG soon)
Add nick!user@host to the spamfilter warnings
Code cleanup (STAT_MASTER)

Ryan Smith (3):
Pass INSTALL_DIR to the modules installation script
Remove extraneous RSA, DSA, ECDSA, and EVP compability functions
Spamfilter oper flags (IRCops will automatically be +P'ed so they will be able to receive spam reports from users)
